How to Use This Calculator

  1. Pick your odds format — Decimal, Fractional, or American
  2. Punch in the unit stake (the amount riding on each individual bet)
  3. Load in your selections (3 to 8) along with their odds
  4. Flag the outcome of every selection: Won, Lost, or Void
  5. Dial in the smallest and largest parlay sizes you want (say, 2-way up to 3-way)
  6. Read off the total return, the profit, and the full breakdown by bet type

Formula

Round robin bets are calculated by generating all possible combinations of your selections at each fold size.

Number of combinations = C(n, k) where n = number of selections, k = fold size

For example, 4 selections with 2-way and 3-way parlays:

  • C(4,2) = 6 doubles
  • C(4,3) = 4 trebles
  • Total: 10 bets

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is a round robin bet?

A round robin spins up every possible parlay combination from your selections at the fold sizes you choose. Take 4 picks: you’d get all 6 of the possible 2-way parlays and all 4 of the possible 3-way parlays.

How does a round robin differ from a straight parlay?

A straight parlay is a single ticket tying all your selections together. A round robin carves those selections into a batch of smaller parlays, so a few can still cash even when others go down.

Which fold sizes are the smart choice?

2-way parlays hand you the best shot at winning but the thinnest payouts. 3-way parlays strike the middle ground. Climb to bigger fold sizes and you get fewer, riskier tickets chasing fatter payouts.
